Where the time goes

It’s rarely one big problem.
It’s the same small tasks,
over and over.

Updating records. Preparing reports. Sorting requests. Checking AI output. Following up on work that fell between tools. Nighthand finds the repeated friction and builds a practical way through it.

Good questions

Before you
hand us a task.

Are you an outsourced AI team?

We provide hands-on AI implementation and operations support. The starting point is a business workflow and a measurable outcome. You can engage us for one build or agree ongoing support. Each engagement has a named workflow, clear deliverables and an agreed scope.

Do we need to know which AI tool to buy?

No. Start with the work you want to improve. We consider your existing systems, data access, budget, and review requirements before recommending tools.

What is the difference between the free check and paid assessment?

The free workflow check is a self-reported screening tool. It estimates the size of the opportunity and suggests a next step. The paid assessment includes a process walkthrough, stakeholder input, a representative sample review, a workflow map, and a readout.

Do we have to buy an assessment before a build?

No. If the workflow is clear enough to scope, we can propose a build directly. A deeper assessment is useful when the process, constraints, or expected value need investigation.

How long does a project take?

The paid assessment takes five business days after kickoff and receipt of the agreed information. Build timelines depend on integrations, access, and review requirements, and are agreed before work starts.

Can you work with confidential data?

We agree the access and handling requirements before sharing or connecting data. Initial discussions can use redacted examples or a guided walkthrough. Sensitive workflows may need additional review before a pilot.

Will we be able to run it ourselves?

A build includes documentation and a handover to your workflow owner. We explain the dependencies, human review steps, and how to handle exceptions. Ongoing monitoring and support can be agreed separately, with named workflows, included maintenance, response windows and change limits defined before it begins.

What if automation is not the best answer?

We will recommend a proportionate improvement. A clearer handoff, better template, or shared quality guideline may solve the problem with less setup and maintenance.
